your pets. Our products are crafted with care to support your dog's health. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility: You may return our product within 30 days of the purchase date, whether the product is unopened or partially used. Shipping is not refundable. Only one opened
package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container and in resale condition for refund. To be eligible for a refund,
receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase is required. Returns are accepted
only for items that have been purchased directly from Earth Bourne Curatives. If our
product was purchased through a third party, the item must be returned where
purchased and will follow their return policy.
Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging, with at least 50% of the
product remaining for partially used items. Ensure that the products are properly
packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is damaged
upon our receipt, then it may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ebcdrmeg.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the product back to us with the instructions provided by our support team.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs of the products returned, and these costs are not refundable. - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a full refund
to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the product is
found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. - Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or
heavily damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Products - If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
three days of delivery. - We will provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) and ship a replacement or
issue a full refund, based on your preference, at no additional cost.
Subscription Orders:
- For subscription-based purchases, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting customer support or
managing your account on our website. - Returns for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy as one-time
purchases.
